EP has acted in the acquisition and disposal of development land for a host of developers and house builders. We are also able to help landowners from outside the industry with advice on planning and valuation. Our knowledge of local markets enables us to advise on the optimum accommodation types, spatial standards and tenure placement for individual locations.

EP are constantly monitoring Greater London and the more active areas of the south-east, which means that we can accurately assess the value of a scheme within a short period of time.
